I’m a yes person, but not in the way you might think.

I see possibilities in just about every situation, but I believe you shouldn’t say yes without responsibility. Whenever I start any journey into something new - whether creating a new piece of fiction, developing visual content for a social campaign, or brainstorming a client project, I always start with yes. But that’s only the beginning, my catalytic spark. After that, it's thoughtful research and seeking out help and ideas from people who know more than me - and there are plenty! 

Here’s the thing, what you begin with - the stuff in your hands and in your heart - is, well, only the beginning.

That’s the best part of getting started - the knowledge that there is so much to discover! About yourself, about the world you live in and, most importantly, about the people you meet, the relationships you forge, along the way. The end result of any creative endeavor is almost always the result of many hands.

    I joined charity: water as a founding board member 15 years ago and I’m so incredibly proud of the work they do bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations. Since 2006, we've funded more than 78,000 water projects in 29 developing countries. When complete, these projects will provide clean, safe drinking water for more than 13 million people.   • The Color of Music

    The Color of Music is a fantasy novel I’ve written for kids aged 8-12 who have a curiosity for learning about different cultures, unfamiliar worlds and new experiences.

    To preview the book (not out yet) I’ve created an online immersive experience. You'll be able to meet the characters, listen to the music and watch images of the story come alive on the page. If you have young people in your world, or if you’re feeling particularly young at heart yourself, I hope you’ll give it a look.
